Q1: Can I pick up my order on campus?

Yes, absolutely! We offer free Campus Pickup. During checkout, simply select “Campus Pickup” as your shipping method. You can collect your items at our campus office during operating hours once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” Message!

For local deliveries, it typically takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for apparel items once purchased due to hygiene and sanitary regulations. We highly recommend checking our detailed Size Chart on the product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Yes! We accept MOQ above 50pcs for university departments, student clubs, and official events. Please reach out to us via Contact Us and Whatsapp us with your requirements for a customized quote.

We offer two convenient options for UTP staff:

  • Option 1 (Via Smart GEP): Place your order directly through the Smart GEP system and send the purchase details to us via WhatsApp for verification. You can then collect the items at the UTP Shop.

  • Option 2 (Below RM1,000): Staff can purchase with their own money and claim through UTP Finance. An official receipt will be provided upon purchase to support your claim.
